Questions, answered
A clear start before you arrive.
Do I need previous clay experience?
No. Beginner classes explain the essential tools and movements step by step, while intermediate listings identify the skills that are useful beforehand.
What materials are included?
The listed class price includes the clay and standard studio tools. Each listing explains whether glazing and firing are included.
How long does firing take?
Firing schedules depend on drying, kiln availability, and the work itself. The instructor gives an estimated collection window during class.
Can I attend if I have limited hand mobility?
Please contact us before booking so we can discuss tools, seating, pacing, and practical adaptations for the specific session.
Are private sessions available?
Yes. The Private Clay Consultation listing is designed for focused guidance on a project or technique.
Can I save a class for later?
Select Save in the catalog. Saved class IDs remain in your browser and appear on the Fallows page.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Clay can be messy, so an apron or washable layer is useful.
What is your cancellation approach?
Contact the studio as early as possible. We review each request according to the booking terms and available replacement spaces.
